LB Apparel Community Privacy
Community lets LB Apparel clients connect their professional social media accounts, review content prepared for them and authorise publication. This page explains the data used for this service and how to request its deletion.
Contact
The service is operated by Philippe Bernabé under the LB Apparel brand. For questions about Community data or to exercise your rights: philippe@saslbapparel.com.
Data used
- Client account and Community agreement information needed to grant access to the correct space.
- Public identifiers, names and metadata of Pages, profiles and channels the client chooses to connect.
- Permissions and tokens supplied by platforms to access selected accounts and publish content covered by the agreement.
- Content, versions, comments, approval decisions, publication dates and technical records related to the service.
Use and sharing
This data is used to manage authorised accounts, prepare and publish content, track its status, collect client approvals and secure access. The relevant platforms receive necessary data when the client authorises a connection or content is published to their account. Authorised LB Apparel staff access the data to provide the service.
Google and YouTube data
When a client connects a YouTube channel, Google sends the Hub the permissions they accepted, access and refresh tokens, and the detected channel’s identifier and name. Community uses this data to show the chosen channel, publish videos prepared under the agreement, track their status and view statistics for the channel and published content. YouTube permissions may also allow management of interactions related to content entrusted to LB Apparel.
The Hub accesses only channels authorised by their owner through the Google flow. Tokens are neither displayed in the client space nor shared with other clients. Videos and metadata intended for YouTube are sent to Google when published. Data obtained through Google APIs is not sold or used for targeted advertising, training artificial intelligence models or creating nonconsensual intimate imagery.
The client can revoke LB Apparel Community’s access in their Google account security settings. They can also ask LB Apparel to disconnect their channel and delete associated Google data no longer needed to provide the service.
Hosting and access
Community data is hosted on the LB Apparel Hub’s IONOS infrastructure in Germany. IONOS acts as technical host. Access to client files and connected accounts is limited to LB Apparel personnel authorised to provide and maintain the service. Social media platforms receive data needed for authorisation or publication on the selected accounts.
Retention and security
Social network access is kept for as long as necessary to manage the Community agreement. After the service ends or a disconnection request, access tokens are removed, subject to the time needed to process the request. Content, versions, comments, decisions and contractual records are retained as long as needed to perform and evidence the service or meet an applicable legal obligation. A deletion request prompts a review of what can be erased and what must still be retained.
Access tokens are stored encrypted in the LB Apparel Hub. Clients do not share social network passwords with LB Apparel: authorisation takes place on each platform’s official page.
Disconnect an account and request deletion
Clients can revoke permission in their social network settings. They can also email philippe@saslbapparel.com, specifying their agreement and the account concerned. LB Apparel will process requests for disconnection, access, rectification or deletion and explain any data that must be kept under a legal obligation. Requests may also concern restriction of processing or objection where those rights apply.
Changes to this page
This notice will be updated if Community features or connected platforms change significantly.
