For PRO MULTI CARIBE, LB APPAREL has designed an ecosystem that links the presentation of services to the daily organisation of interventions. The public website highlights the company and facilitates the request for quotes.
At the heart of the project, a tailor-made management hub accompanies the management: commercial monitoring, estimates, clients and contracts, mission planning, assignments, quality controls and billing. The useful information is gathered in the same tool to manage the activity with clarity.
In the field, a dedicated application gives staff access to missions, schedules and instructions. It accompanies the score, tasks to perform, photos and incident reporting, with synchronization when the connection returns. A project designed to make the work of each team more readable, from the office to the intervention site.
